How We Work
Every guide on this site starts from the same rule: go to the primary source first. For UAE topics that means the federal and emirate government portals, the RTA, Awqaf and IACAD, the UAE’s official fuel-price announcements and the authorities who actually set the rules and prices we write about.
- Sourced, not guessed. Prices, timings, fees and procedures are taken from official publications wherever they exist.
- Kept current. Utility pages update automatically or the moment an official figure changes, and guides are revised when the rules behind them change.
- Corrected openly. If we get something wrong, tell us through the contact page and we will fix it. Accuracy matters more to us than being first.
- Independent. Emirates Guides is not affiliated with any UAE government body. Official names are mentioned so you can find the original source, not to suggest an endorsement.
