Seen a price, timing or procedure on the site that has changed? Send us the page link and what the new figure should be. Corrections are our top priority and are usually fixed the same day.

Technical Problems
A page that won’t load, a calculator that looks wrong, a broken link — send the page address and, if you can, a screenshot. It helps us reproduce and fix the problem quickly.
Before You Write
- We are not a government body. Emirates Guides is an independent information site. We can’t process visa applications, pay fines on your behalf, book appointments or change any official record — for those, you will need the authority named in the relevant guide.
- Check the guide first. Many questions are already answered in the guide itself or its FAQ section, including the official links you need.
- One email is enough. Sending the same message several times doesn’t move it up the queue; we reply in the order messages arrive.
